Tandem Club
Please do let us know if you’ve booked and then can’t come to an Activity, so we can give someone else your place.
We run three tandem clubs at Open Country. The Harrogate club rides out on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings. The Wetherby Wheelwrights run on Monday nights and our new tandem crew in Ripon go out on Thursdays. All three clubs start at 6pm and ride out between March and October. We usually find a pub to stop at on the way round for a breather and a catch up.
We are always looking for more front riders to help out as well as needing a supply of willing back riders / stokers with disabilities to provide the power! Please contact us if you are interested in getting involved.
Stokers make a contribution of £3 per session, which goes towards the club insurance.
