We are advertising for a brand new post – our ‘Wild about Wakefield Project Officer’! We seek someone to develop the work of our inspirational organisation by setting up a new outreach project in Wakefield. The Project Officer will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the project, including volunteer recruitment, publicity, minibus management and programme delivery. They will lead groups on activities including nature conservation tasks, rambling and tandem cycling, welcoming a wide variety of disabled adults from Wakefield District.
The post is full-time, fixed-term – initially for 2 years and is based in Wakefield, West Yorkshire. The salary is £26,000, based on a 40 hour week (includes 3% pension contribution).
