We are delighted to be involved in an exciting project to create a wilder Ingleborough for the future and to help restore the iconic landscape and build a haven for people and wildlife. Read on to find out how you can have your say on the Wild Ingleborough project:
The team behind Wild Ingleborough would like to extend an invitation to a series of community workshops and online listening activities to explore how Wild Ingleborough can provide benefits for local people, communities and businesses, while welcoming more diverse groups of visitors to enjoy this popular area of the Dales.
We want to listen to a wide range of people and perspectives to help shape the future of Wild Ingleborough, as we work together to restore the landscape and build a haven for people and wildlife.
The workshops will take place on the following dates:
- Wed 13th Apr, 6-8:30pm at Ingleborough Community Centre, Main Street, Ingleton, LA6 3HG
- Thur 28th Apr, 6-8:30pm, Online
- Wed 4th May, 6-8:30pm in Settle (venue TBC)
- Sat 14th May, 9:30-2pm, Online
We would be grateful if you would consider attending a workshop and extending this invitation to your colleagues and other people in your community or networks.

The workshops will be organised and facilitated by TPXimpact – an independent organisation who run citizens engagement and participatory democracy activities around the UK.
As there are limited spaces at each workshop, TPXimpact will gather all the expressions of interest and select participants to ensure diversity. All participants will receive a gift voucher in recognition of their attendance and contribution.
Alongside the workshops, we have set up an online platform for all people to share their thoughts, ideas and suggestions for Wild Ingleborough. You can access the site here: https://wildingleborough.yrpri.org
We want to hear your views and ideas. Please share this invitation to your community and networks.
