Nidderdale Access for All

Donate
Open Country has been involved in an innovative partnership aimed at making Nidderdale more accessible to people with disabilities. The Access for All initiative has been a successful collaboration with Nidderdale National Landscape, aiming to improve accessibility and ensure that more people can experience the beauty of this stunning area. As well as practical work at key sites, we have produced several access videos, including a tramper route across Fountains Earth Moor, accessible routes around Scar House and Angram reservoirs, and a cycle route taking in Studley Royal and surrounding areas, created with our Ripon Tandem Club.
The Access for All project has been funded by DEFRA.
