Open Country – a dynamic Yorkshire charity –  is seeking a dedicated Volunteer Treasurer to play a pivotal role in our journey of growth and sustainability.
As Treasurer, you will be at the forefront of ensuring prudent financial management and governance, guiding our strategic direction, and contributing to our ambitious development plans over the next two years. Your expertise in accountancy, financial planning, and management will be invaluable as we expand our reach and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing financial governance issues to ensure transparency and compliance.
  • Collaborating with fellow trustees to formulate strategies and policies.

  • Attending trustee board meetings and participating in relevant sub-committees or working groups.
